SEIC-Shell Mitsui Mitsubishi Joint Venture.

I suggest payments on each step of implementation of this system, because according my experience a well runnning system doesn`t get ready before 6 months feedback by the users, data operators and supervisors of this system, and then the programmers work for changing, adding and supressing some parts of the database. This is the reason why I suggested a higher price then you have notified.
